A lanai floor is usually the last thing anybody thinks about and the first thing guests walk on. Most of the ones we see are bare concrete that has gone grey and chalky, old paint that is flaking, or tile with half the grout gone.
We grind it back, repair what needs repairing and put down a flake system sealed in polyurethane. It takes rain blowing in through the screen, it takes furniture being dragged across it, and it cleans with a hose and a soft brush. Because the coating is UV stable, the section that gets afternoon sun stays the same color as the section that does not.
